Across and United

The serene backwaters. A church. And wedding. Everyone’s mind sets into a Gautham Menon frame, hearing these. So did ours. But that’s where weddings surprise, over and over again. Each one of them finds a way (or two) to stand out; to declare that “this one right here is unlike any that you’ve witnessed!”

For Ashish & Sansy, the defining factor was how much they seemed lost – in each other.

With the picturesque backdrop of Kumarakom, their destination wedding was no short of beautiful frames. We fired away, as Ashish & Sansy relished their big day. And them being let’s-give-it-a-better-shot people meant that our job was pure joy, absorbing the moments. Each time their eyes met (for a starter), it felt like they were in total disregard for the scenic world around; that’s why we said “lost”. It was beautiful, to say the least.

The reception (for which they hitchhiked on a boat) and the dinner dance party followed suit. It was celebrations galore; the whole family seemed particular to not miss a moment! A fitting finale for the wedding, without doubt.
